Account Management
Section titled “Account Management”Manage your Owlfy account, membership, devices, and redemption codes.
Login / Logout
Section titled “Login / Logout”Sign In
Section titled “Sign In”- Click your account avatar in Owlfy
- Enter your credentials or use a supported login method
- Your membership info and settings sync across devices
Sign Out
Section titled “Sign Out”- Go to Settings → Account → Login/Logout
- Click “Logout”
- Local settings remain on the device; cloud data is no longer synced
Note: Some features require an active login, such as membership benefits and multi-device sync.
Membership Info
Section titled “Membership Info”View and manage your current membership status.
Membership Tiers
Section titled “Membership Tiers”| Tier | Description |
|---|---|
| Free | Basic features with daily stamina limits |
| Pro | Expanded features and higher stamina limits |
| Lifetime | Unlimited access — no expiration |
What You Can See
Section titled “What You Can See”- Membership type — Free / Pro / Lifetime
- Expiration date — When your current plan ends
- Renewal entry — Upgrade or extend your membership
How to Upgrade
Section titled “How to Upgrade”- Go to Settings → Account → Membership Info
- Click “Upgrade” or “Renew”
- Select your preferred plan
- Complete payment
My Devices
Section titled “My Devices”View and manage devices connected to your Owlfy account.
Device List
Section titled “Device List”See all devices currently logged into your account:
- Device name
- Device type (Windows / macOS / Linux)
- Last active time
- Current status (online / offline)
Edit Device Name
Section titled “Edit Device Name”Rename devices to make them easier to identify:
"MacBook-Pro-3C2F" → "Company Laptop""DESKTOP-AB12CD" → "Home Desktop"How to rename:
- Go to Settings → Account → My Devices
- Click the edit icon next to a device
- Enter a new name
- Save
Refresh Device List
Section titled “Refresh Device List”Re-fetch the latest device status to ensure the list is up to date.
Remove a Device
Section titled “Remove a Device”Remove a specific device from your account:
- Find the device in the list
- Click “Remove” or the delete icon
- Confirm the action
- The device will be logged out and no longer synced
Security Tip: If you no longer use a device or it has been lost, remove it immediately to protect your account.
Redemption Code
Section titled “Redemption Code”Enter redemption codes to redeem points or membership benefits.
How to Redeem
Section titled “How to Redeem”- Go to Settings → Account → Redemption Code
- Enter your code
- Click “Redeem”
- Rewards are applied to your account instantly
What You Can Get
Section titled “What You Can Get”- Stamina points — Extra AI usage quota
- Membership upgrades — Temporary or permanent plan upgrades
- Exclusive benefits — Special perks and early access
Where to Get Codes
Section titled “Where to Get Codes”- Official promotions and campaigns
- Partner collaborations
- Community events and giveaways
- Referral rewards
Account Security
Section titled “Account Security”Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Regularly review your connected devices
- Remove devices you no longer use
- Never share your login credentials
What Syncs Across Devices
Section titled “What Syncs Across Devices”When logged in, the following syncs across your devices:
- Membership status
- Stamina balance
- Account settings
- Connected messaging platforms (for Remote Control)
The following remains local to each device:
- Voice input roles and snippets
- App/website/directory aliases
- Clipboard history
- Chat history and operation logs
