Account Management

Manage your Owlfy account, membership, devices, and redemption codes.

  1. Click your account avatar in Owlfy
  2. Enter your credentials or use a supported login method
  3. Your membership info and settings sync across devices
  1. Go to Settings → Account → Login/Logout
  2. Click “Logout”
  3. Local settings remain on the device; cloud data is no longer synced

Note: Some features require an active login, such as membership benefits and multi-device sync.


View and manage your current membership status.

  • Membership type — Free / Pro / Lifetime
  • Expiration date — When your current plan ends
  • Renewal entry — Upgrade or extend your membership
  1. Go to Settings → Account → Membership Info
  2. Click “Upgrade” or “Renew”
  3. Select your preferred plan
  4. Complete payment

View and manage devices connected to your Owlfy account.

See all devices currently logged into your account:

  • Device name
  • Device type (Windows / macOS / Linux)
  • Last active time
  • Current status (online / offline)

Rename devices to make them easier to identify:

"MacBook-Pro-3C2F" → "Company Laptop"
"DESKTOP-AB12CD" → "Home Desktop"

How to rename:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → My Devices
  2. Click the edit icon next to a device
  3. Enter a new name
  4. Save

Re-fetch the latest device status to ensure the list is up to date.

Remove a specific device from your account:

  1. Find the device in the list
  2. Click “Remove” or the delete icon
  3. Confirm the action
  4. The device will be logged out and no longer synced

Security Tip: If you no longer use a device or it has been lost, remove it immediately to protect your account.


Enter redemption codes to redeem points or membership benefits.

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Redemption Code
  2. Enter your code
  3. Click “Redeem”
  4. Rewards are applied to your account instantly
  • Stamina points — Extra AI usage quota
  • Membership upgrades — Temporary or permanent plan upgrades
  • Exclusive benefits — Special perks and early access
  • Official promotions and campaigns
  • Partner collaborations
  • Community events and giveaways
  • Referral rewards

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Regularly review your connected devices
  • Remove devices you no longer use
  • Never share your login credentials

When logged in, the following syncs across your devices:

  • Membership status
  • Stamina balance
  • Account settings
  • Connected messaging platforms (for Remote Control)

The following remains local to each device:

  • Voice input roles and snippets
  • App/website/directory aliases
  • Clipboard history
  • Chat history and operation logs
